Cancellation Policy

Regarding cancellations, I ask for at least a 24 hour notice of cancellation because I usually have a waiting list for people to be seen. Obviously, emergencies happen as does the realization of exposure to COVID or COVID symptoms. My policy for cancellations is I ask for a 24 hour notice whenever possible. The first appointment cancelled in less than 24 hours without above mentioned emergencies or no show is $40. Thereafter, if further late cancellations or no shows occur, the full amount is charged. I, too, may have to cancel at short notice due to an emergency or exposure to COVID and will do my best to reschedule you as soon as possible.
